Stormwater Management Landscape Design Of Shijiazhuang Xinyanyanfu Settlement

While promoting economic development,the fast urbanization also leads to various urban problems of water environment and water resource,such as flood disaster,lack of water,polluted natural water and destruction of natural rainwater circulation.The traditional method of “mainly discharging” seeks to be changed,and the rainwater should be considered as usable resource.Since the underground garage is common in settlement and the view of parking underground is widely accepted,the stormwater management is the key point in such settlement.According to reviewing the international and internal stormwater management theory,the considerations of landscape design in underground garage settlement are identified and the methods of stormwater management in underground garage settlement are concluded based on certain cases.The stormwater management network of different stages on rain runoff,which contain original stage,transport stage,terminal stage,could dominate the runoff volume,the runoff peak and the runoff polluted and utilize the rainwater well.Based on the result of the theoretical research and case study,the conclusion provides direction for designing the case of Shijiazhuang Xinyuanyanfu residential district.To achieving stormwater management goals,different technical approaches should be adopted by underground garage roof area and underlying surface area.The key of underground garage roof area stormwater management is to solve the contradiction among large underground structure,on-top landscape and the rainfall infiltration.The water drain and protection is important as well.To utilize the rainwater in this case,certain rainfall permeation system,underground PP water retain system,replenishing water to other ecology pool are designed.The use of non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof material,root resistance TPO autohesion compound waterproof material,HDPE drain plate and drain ditch could promote water drain and protection.The methods of stormwater management network adapted in underlying surface area,which contain original stage,transport stage,terminal stage,could be summarized as infiltration,stagnation,storage,defecation,usage and drain.This system dominate the runoff volume,the runoff peak and the runoff polluted and utilize the rainwater well.The combination of two area management in the final stage makes the completed waterstorm management network in the residential district,and optimizes the utilization of rainfall.The conclusion may be certain reference in settlement stormwater management.
