Application Research On JM Group Financial Shared Service Model

Following the organization change in multinationals,the Financial Shared Service Center Organization started to grow.This type of work performed continues to develop as multinationals expand their business to overseas.This paper makes a case study on JM Group Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)based on theoretical analysis.Through the analysis of the development model of FSSC,studies the financial management status and resolution of JM Group,puts forward major factors for the construction of FSSC.It expounds the framework design method of JM Group's FSSC from the aspects of construction goal,location selection,implementation thoughts,organization structure&service level agreement,information application design,implementation plan,etc.In the aspect of process reengineering,it raises up the implementation suggestions on the six areas:travel and expense claim management,funding management,accounts payable management,accounts receivable management,general ledger management as well as fixed assets management.In the aspect of information system,it analyzes the application design of the information system in the FSSC;in the aspect of shared operating management,it covers the three areas:charging scheme,people management and service quality management.In the end,using "the balanced scorecard strategic performance management tool" to evaluate the operating achievements of JM Group FSSC implementation in finance,customer,process and learning&development.This paper indicates that FSSC model which fulfills the financial process reengineering requirement provides a reference for Chinese enterprises.FSSC is a very crucial way in transferring the traditional finance model to a value added financial model,it brings forward the collaboration between business and finance.It summarizes the implementation design,achievements analysis and implementation conclusion of JM Group's FSSC,it brings certain references for Chinese enterprises which are constructing or preparing to build up FSSC.
