Research On Quality Management Of Gas Engineering Construction Project

Statistics show that the usage of natural gas in 2007-2017 have been steady increasing in both domestic and international.At present,our country owns the second large usage of gas quantity all over the world,so it is of great significance to study the quality management of gas engineering,which is based on gas transportation,in order to improve the quality management level of our country's gas transportation and ensure the use of gas in the future in our country.This paper adopts the research methods of analzing the integral and the segments,step analysis.From the aspects of management mode,personnel quality,laws and regulations,etc.are analyzed in the quality management of gas engineering.In the research process,combined with the commonly used quality management tools in the analysis method,using the commonly used quality performance feedback indicators for analysis.In the theoretical research,this paper first studies the general quality management of the basic ideas and implementation methods,and then on this basis,go deep into the gas engineering in this specific field of quality management.According to the characteristics of gas engineering,such as high dependence on surrounding environment and high requirement for safety,this paper puts forward that attention should be paid to the acquisition and analysis of environmental exploration data,the protection of environment and the inspection of engineering quality after construction in the implementation of gas engineering.After the theoretical analysis,combined with the specific projects of the company,the gas engineering quality management in accordance with the time and department organizational structure for a detailed analysis,this paper describes the proposed quality management methods in the practice of specific companies.
