Study On The Development Strategy Of Regional Transportation In Shishou City

The strategy of regional transportation development is the primary policy of rapid development in a region.On the basis of Shishou Construction Bureau and the Bureau of transportation requirements,and the status research of economic development in Shishou,this paper proposed the Shishou City transportation development strategy with water-land transshipment and Multimodal transport.Which bulit the Transport strategy for the coordinated development of new integrated regional transport system with mainly to the highway,railroad and waterway is secondary,pipeline transportation and general aviation as supplement.It change the past only one Yangtze waterway and small province county road transportation backwardness,and realize the transportation safety,fast,comfortable,environmentally,and promote the sustainable development of Shishou transportation.The paper also put this strategy into the guidance of Shishou City transportation and long-term development planning and implementation.The natural geographic location and historical location are studied in Shishou,and research the level of socio-economic development in Shishou,and analyzes the social mechanism and structure condition,ecological environment and cultural landscape,from the perspective of administrative divisions in Shishou.The paper focuses on the trend of the pattern of traffic status and traffic line network structure and transportation structure in Shishou,and a qualitative analysis of the combination of the five modes of transport,and quantitative analysis of the network density index of transportation network(including area density,population density and economic density of transportation network),net value index of regional transport network and theoretical scale index of transportation network.Finally,the paper points out the shortcomings of Shishou traffic construction,and puts forward the development strategy of regional transportation in Shishou.According to the investigation and analysis of the development of socialeconomy and the present situation of transportation in Shishou,analysis of annual economic and transportation statistical indicators,the paper establish a prediction model of multiple regression of socioeconomic development in Shishou,and scientific forecast the scale of social and economic development for the next 15 years.According to the prediction of social and economic development,and the application of elastic coefficient method,fuzzy clustering comparison of transport intensity for the domestic and foreign similar city,the paper determine the transportation intensity positioning in Shishou,and predicte traffic volume growth rate of transportation network in the future.Considering the factors of various transportation modes,the paper establishes a regression model of traffic mode selection and each factor,and uses objective importance model to determine the proportion of various transportation modes.At the same time,the area is divided by OD survey method,and finally the traffic volume of various mode of transport and desire line of transportation development is predicted in planning range in the future.Based on the scientific prediction of social economy and transportation development,the paper studies the regional transportation development strategy and the background in Shishou,and compiles strategic decision of integrated transportation corridor,and development strategy scheme including construction of passenger and freight transport station,the transportation network,the combination of various modes of transport and multimodal transport link.And the it Put forward the strategy of building a regional transportation hub in Shishou.A long-term development transportation network,in the mode and metod to establish development strategy of regional transportation.
