Research On Factors Affecting Green Efficiency Of Water Resources In China

Green development is the theme of the current era.This paper uses the panel data of China’s 31 provinces and cities from 2000 to 2016 to study the green efficiency of water resources and establish new industrialization and urbanization in accordance with the principles of comprehensiveness,science and availability.The informatization and agricultural modernization indicator system,and the first systematically added the “four modernizations” to the water use efficiency driving function evaluation system,using the OLS model and the generalized moment estimation(GMM)model to analyze the “four modernizations” construction on water resources.The impact of green efficiency.Selecting four factors including natural factors,social economy,environmental factors and scientific and technological factors to comprehensively influence the factors,using the geo-detector risk detection module to explore the direction of various factors on the green efficiency of water resources,using the factor detection module to examine the factors to the water The decision-making power of green efficiency of resources clarifies the key factors that have an important impact on the green efficiency of water resources.The interactive detection module of geo-detectors analyzes and discusses the interaction between various factors,and initially explores the mechanism for improving the green efficiency of water resources.The results show that industrialization,urbanization,informationization and agricultural modernization are not all positively correlated with water use efficiency,which indicates that China has improved the construction of water resources utilization efficiency in the process of “four modernizations”.Not enough attention has been paid;the positive impact of the average years of education on the green efficiency of water resources is gradually increasing nationwide,and the suppression of the green efficiency of water resources is increasing year by year,and the synergistic development of tertiary industry and urbanization is The effect of improving the green efficiency of water resources is the most obvious;the total population has the strongest influence on the green efficiency of water resources in the three major regions,but the eastern interpretation has the highest q value,indicating that the eastern part needs to control it more than the central and western regions.The population size is to reduce its inhibition on the green efficiency of water resources;pollution control investment is only inversely related to the green efficiency of water resources in the eastern region,which indicates that the investment and application of pollution control in the eastern region is moreproblematic than that in the central and western regions.Foreign direct investment has a significant effect on the central and western regions,and is taught on average.Life can not promote green areas to improve the efficiency of water resources in Central,increase the amount of water resources per capita water efficiency green western show very significant inhibition.Finally,based on the research on the influencing factors of water resources green efficiency in various regions,it provides a reasonable basis for improving China’s water efficiency,alleviating water shortage and achieving economic-ecological-social sustainable development.
