| The allocation of urban-rural compulsory education facilities is an important issue in urban-rural planning.With the rapid development of cities in recent years,urban-rural society has achieved a huge leap,but the urban-rural compulsory education facilities can not meet the high-quality needs of residents,and even there are huge contradictions,which are manifested in the insufficient number of facilities,space mismatch,and inadequate land for facilities,which are the important reasons affecting the quality of education and causing the difference between urban-rural areas.The matching of supply and demand is the premise and guarantee to improve the quality of education and an important factor reflecting the degree of urban-rural integration.This paper studies the relationship between supply and demand of urban-rural compulsory education facilities.On the one hand,it studies the relationship between demand factors and supply factors,including population,age,social structure,residential land area,living circle,1000-person index,travel mode and so on.On the other hand,it studies the relationship between demand factors and supply factors,including location,scale,type of school,spatial layout of facilities,etc.Taking Pidu District of Chengdu as an example,this paper analyses the experience and problems of the allocation of urban-rural compulsory education facilities in Pidu District,and puts forward some strategies and suggestions for optimizing the allocation of urban-rural education facilities under the trend of urban-rural integration:1.We should recognize the existing problems of educational facilities from the aspects of school running,enrollment,spatial distribution,degree index,class number,per capita land,etc.2.New criteria for adapting to the new situation of schooling include 1000-person index,land use index and service scope.3.Optimizing and reconstructing the layout system of educational facilities under the guidance of life circle.4.Aiming at improving the quality,ensuring the supply of various elements.Through this study,we hope to improve the efficiency and quality of education resources,promote the integration of urban-rural development,and provide strategic reference for the integration of urban-rural education development in similar areas,so as to better achieve high-quality development. |
