Analysis Of The Accessibility And Balance Of Compulsory Education Facilities In The County

The county space is an important spatial unit for achieving balanced development of compulsory education in China,and the accessibility and balance of compulsory education facilities in the county is an important reflection of the quality and balanced development of education resources.Based on the analysis of the spatial distribution types,states and distribution characteristics of the county’s compulsory education facilities,and taking into account the characteristics of the county’s scattered population distribution and diversified school-age population enrolment,this paper constructs two accessibility measurement models and measures the accessibility of compulsory education facilities in the county under multiple travel scenarios using administrative villages as the research unit;and The spatial perspective is used to analyse the balance of compulsory education facilities in the county,and to propose countermeasures for optimising the spatial layout of compulsory education facilities in the county.The results show that the accessibility and balance of compulsory education facilities in Shou County need to be optimized and improved.In general,the accessibility of compulsory education facilities in the county shows a distribution trend of "low in the northwest and high in the central and southeast",and the increase in schooling time has a greater impact on the accessibility of compulsory education facilities.Based on the analysis of the balance of supply and demand,resource allocation and spatial distribution of compulsory education facilities in the county,the resources of compulsory education facilities in the county are generally in a balanced state of development,but there are still some differences.The areas with better resources for compulsory education facilities in the county are mainly located in the central and southeastern parts of the county,while the education resources in the northwestern part of the county and the central urban areas and industrial parks are relatively poor,mainly due to the differences in supply and demand.Based on the analysis of the balance of supply and demand for education facilities,resource allocation and spatial distribution in three aspects,the county’s compulsory education facilities resources are generally in a balanced state of development,but there are still certain differences.The areas with better resources for compulsory education facilities in the county are mainly located in the central and southeastern parts of the county,while the education resources in the northwestern part of the county,the central city and the industrial park are relatively poor,mainly due to the differences in supply and demand.Based on the results of the evaluation of the accessibility and balance of the county’s compulsory education facilities in Shou County,the corresponding optimisation strategies are proposed.To improve the accessibility and balance of compulsory education facilities in the county,the spatial co-ordination of the county should be strengthened,by studying the laws of population change,selecting appropriate planning technical standards,building urban-rural living circles to optimise the allocation of compulsory education facilities,specifying the spatial control requirements for education facilities,and improving the land supply mechanism to guarantee the supply of new education land.Figure [36],table [31],reference [159]...
