As a mechanical power conversion component the gearbox plays a role in changing the transmission ratio,drive wheel torque and speed,and is the core mechanism for realizing the shifting of motor vehicles(such as automobiles and wheeled tractors).As the installation and support of the transmission assembly,the gearbox body's machining surface quality and manufacturing accuracy affect the assembly accuracy,transmission quality,service life and performance of the transmission assembly.The gearbox body has high processing precision requirements.In the mixed flow intelligent production line,it is necessary to realize multi-variety:flexible production functions.The processing tools are bound to have various types and quantities,frequent flows,and complicated management.Various types of standard and non-standard tools are required for production.Whether it can be effectively managed is one of the important factors that affect the manufacturing cost of enterprises.However,at present,domestic enterprises lack effective management of tools.With the information construction of the machinery processing workshops,the inefficient and chaotic management methods of the tools are more and more difficult to adapt to the efficient operation of the enterprise information workshop.Therefore,the design of a reliable tool information management system not only becomes an inevitable requirement for the efficient operation of the machine shop,but also has the application value of promoting tool management standardization,improving efficiency and reducing production cost.Based on the research of tool information management technology and the status quo of tool management technology at home and abroad,the paper discusses the system design,function realization,system test and other technologies from the customer's business needs,and completes the gearbox intelligent production workshop.Design and implementation of tool management system.The main research work of the thesis includes the following aspects:1.Firstly,the dynamic and static information model of the tool is established and the tool flow information of the gearbox intelligent production workshop is analyzed.The tool life prediction model is analyzed by classical formula and BP neural network algorithm,and the relationship between tool life and process parameters is analyzed.Parameter optimization was carried out,and related technologies such as information integration,tool information identification and coding rules were studied.2.Taking the tool management status and demand of the intelligent production workshop of gearbox of Datuo Assembly Factory of China YTO Group as the design orientation,the hardware composition of the tool management system is constructed according to the business process,and the structural framework of the development technology platform and system is determined.According to the system function and business process,the E-R diagram was established,and several key information flows were standardized.The information flow of the system and the information function integration of software and hardware were analyzed.The production of gearbox was designed in accordance with the requirements of user production management.The tool management function module of the workshop completes the detailed design of the tool management system.3.Using Eclipse as the development platform,MySQL as the database,completed the design and function development of the gearbox intelligent production workshop tool management system,and integrated with the manufacturing execution system MES,Kardex tool cabinet,bar code printer,realized the tool The information exchange between the management system and the manufacturing execution system MES,the inbound and outbound control of the Kardex tool cabinet,and the automatic printing of the tool bar code business.Finally,the system function test is carried out in the intelligent production workshop of the gearbox,which meets the actual needs and meets the application requirements of the users,which has certain engineering significance.
