Under the background of the country's vigorous promotion of structural reforms in the construction industry,how to integrate the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing into the development of the construction industry,and move out of the traditional mode of high energy consumption,low efficiency and low efficiency.Difficulties,realize the sustainable development of construction projects,realize the specialization of project management,and treat the development of construction industry with high standards,high quality and strict requirements,so as to promote the early realization of science and technology,informationization,scale and internationalization in China's construction industry.development of.In this regard,the relevant departments of the construction industry have formulated and promulgated a series of documents on the deepening reform measures of the construction industry,which provides a good policy environment for the general contracting mode and the deep application of BIM.Based on this,this paper proposes the BIM application research of the general contracting mode of the project,and responds to the new requirements of developing the information technology of the construction industry in China,and realizes the integration and development of the two.Firstly,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the general contracting model and related concepts of BIM,defines the research scope of this paper,and analyzes the current situation,necessity analysis and feasibility analysis of BIM application based on the general contracting mode of the project.The feasibility of BIM application in contract mode,the general contracting mode can solve the problem of limited crossorganizational characteristics of BIM application,and the preliminary conclusion that BIM can provide more effective information communication mode for engineering general contracting mode.The depth of research laid the foundation.Secondly,based on the analysis of the general contracting organization model and the traditional BIM application organization model,this paper reconstructs the application organization structure led by the construction unit and re-plans on the basis of fully analyzing the engineering general contracting organization model and the traditional BIM application organization model.The responsibilities of the project participants reshape the management workflow to ensure the performance of BIM application organization based on the general contracting mode of the project;in addition,in view of the problem of poor information transmission in the general contracting mode of the project,this paper fully analyzes the project construction office.On the basis of the information to be shared,based on the relevant theory of system theory,based on the BIM application function,a new information sharing mechanism of the general contracting mode of the project is established to realize the integration of project information,thereby promoting the organic formation of BIM function.That is,the construction of the BIM application platform.Finally,this paper constructs a three-dimensional evaluation system to measure the benefits of BIM applied to the general contracting mode of the project,and realizes the comprehensive analysis of the project,which provides a way for BIM application capability analysis,and can also timely and effectively discover the shortcomings of BIM application.Provide a basis for the development of targeted and operational improvements.In summary,through the research of this paper,the organization construction,application platform construction and benefit evaluation of BIM applied to the general contracting mode of the project are realized,which greatly promotes the integration development of design and construction,and effectively solves the low controllability of the construction unit.The information transmission between the participants of the project is easy to be distorted and time-sensitive.
