The Construction Subcontractor Choice Of The Professional Design Institute Under The General Contracting Mode

This thesis mainly researches the selection of construction subcontractor under the general contracting mode of professional design institute,analyzes the background of the research,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the professional design institute in carrying out the general contracting business,and discusses the evaluation indexes of construction contractor selection and the methods of comprehensive evaluation were reviewed.This thesis expounds the relevant basic theory of general contracting and comprehensive evaluation,and leads to the establishment of evaluation index,the determination of weight and the choice of comprehensive evaluation method.The three problems need to be solved in the selection of construction subcontractor,which are also the core of this thesis.In this thesis,the evaluation indexes of construction subcontractor is established,through the way analyzing the related literature.The construction capacity,financial capacity,experience performance,project management ability and reputation level of these five first-level indicators and a number of secondary indicators are determined,and carrying out a questionnaire survey to the related personnel about the general contractor in the professional design institute,to optimize indicators of the selection.And then use the entropy method to calculate the weight of the secondary indicators,according to the various circumstances of the professional design institute,this thesis use the design Institute management research to determine the weight of first-level indicators.And finally determine the evaluation index system of the construction subcontractor.In this thesis,the gray comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the comprehensive evaluation of the construction subcontractor,according to the information of the candidate construction subcontractor is not accurate and the data volume is limited.Based on the example,combined with the previously determined evaluation index and the method of the weight determination,the gray comprehensive evaluation of the construction subcontractor under the general contracting mode is carried out,and the model constructed in this thesis is verified.
