Research On Spatial Structure Optimization And Renewal Of Urban Old Industrial Factory From The Perspective Of Open Architecture

With the implementation of the strategy of transforming old drivers into new ones and the adjustment of industrial structure,the overlapping of urban expansion and industrial upgrading means that in the future,more abandoned industrial plants will continue to appear in the city,and a new round of urban renewal is under way.As a witness of urban development,old industrial areas play an important role in the process of national industrialization and urbanization.The renewal method of "push to rebuild" disintegrates old industrial areas and seriously destroys the historical context of urban areas and the sense of belonging of residents.Based on this background,this paper mainly studies the relationship between the old industrial factory and the urban space,and from the perspective of open architecture,it mainly discusses how to transform the industrial space of "factory compound" into a dynamic urban space with the advantage of spatial structure as the entry point,so as to achieve the goal of urban space integration.This paper takes the old industrial factory as the research object,draws experience from the theory and practice cases,summarizes the strategy of spatial structure optimization of the old factory,and takes Jinan no.1 state-owned cotton factory as an example to verify the feasibility of the strategy.The first chapter,It is the basic research part of the thesis,which puts forward the research background,introduces the related concepts and determines the research methods of the spatial structure optimization of the old factory.The second chapter is the tracing and research of the core theory and the summary of the general situation of the protection and development of industrial heritage at home and abroad.From the perspective of time and space,the evolutionary relationship between the old factory and urban expansion is sorted out.The third chapter,build open architecture perspective of old industrial factory and at all levels of hierarchy elements are faced with the problem in the reform,on the basis of analyzing the problems,summarizes the spatial dimensions under the influence of old factory space structure optimization: the elements of regional natural environment and regional traffic organization,open space and architectural form and combination,according to these elements to form the space structure optimization design framework.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems at the level of each element from the perspective of open architecture and puts forward the strategies and methods of spatial structure optimization and renewal.The fifth chapter analyzes the historical history and current problems of First National Cotton Factory of Jinan and verifies the strategy summarized above as a design practice.The sixth chapter,Make a brief summary of the research work and point out the future research direction.
