In recent decades,China’s economy has entered a phase of rapid development and the construction industry has gradually become a pillar.But the traditional construction mode is more extensive and the construction period is longer,which will cause the waste of raw materials and the increase of labor costs.It is difficult to adapt to the development of modern society with increasingly prominent environmental and population problems.Therefore,new prefabricated buildings in line with green construction are booming.Although the construction period of prefabricated construction project is shorter than that of traditional projects,its total investment is larger,and it has higher requirements for construction technology,equipment,materials,and transportation.It is a complex system engineering that needs cooperation from all aspects.In the actual project,the procurement of construction equipment,building components,construction materials and other materials and services is the basis to ensure the smooth completion of the project.Therefore,to identify,evaluate and avoid the procurement risk of construction project is one of the important works of the general contractor and the owner.At present,many construction project procurements mainly rely on the experience of procurement personnel,and procurement personnel are often technical background,lack of management theory and guidance methods.In order to reduce and avoid the risks in the implementation process of such projects and ensure the smooth implementation of the project,we should conduct in-depth research on the procurement risk management of prefabricated construction projects.Based on the relevant theory of risk management discipline,combined with the engineering project example,this paper studies the procurement risk management of a prefabricated construction project,analyzes the risk factors of the procurement link of the project,identifies the procurement risk evaluation index,establishes a relatively perfect evaluation system,and finally puts forward some constructive suggestions on procurement risk management.The research methods and conclusions of this paper provide a reference for the related research of prefabricated construction project procurement risk analysis,and make up for the lack of research in this field.The study contains six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly shows the background to and importance of research into the purchase risk of the construction project.Through many literature analyses,this paper summarizes the research status of risk management at home and abroad.In the second chapter,combined with the characteristics of prefabricated building,the related theories of project procurement risk management are summarized.The third chapter introduces the background and procurement management of case a prefabricated construction project.In the fourth chapter,the risk of a project is identified,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to comprehensively analyze the procurement risk of the project.In the fifth chapter,this paper formulates the measures to deal with the procurement risk of project a.Finally,the conclusion has been summarized,the limitations of this study have been clarified,and the future research prospects have been put forward.
