At present,the competition between enterprises is,in the final analysis,the competition of talents,so it can be said that human resources are at the core of economic activities.Performance management as the core part of human resources management,its significance is not only to assess the performance of employees,to promote the survival of the fittest,but also to motivate and guide employees.With the establishment of China,crane equipment manufacturing industry has gradually developed.After 70 years of development,a complete scientific research,production and sales system has been formed,which is an important part of heavy machinery equipment manufacturing industry in China.Dafang Company is a large comprehensive private enterprise which integrates the design,development,manufacture and sales of gantry crane,electric hoist,steel structure and other products.Therefore,this paper chooses Dafang Company as the representative of many companies in the lifting machinery industry to study the performance of employees.Since its establishment,the company has built a performance management system and carried out performance management.Although it has made some achievements,there are still many problems in the formulation of performance plan,the implementation of performance appraisal,the application of performance results and the feedback and interview of performance results.It is more urgent and important to study how to carry out more effective performance management in a generous company and ensure that performance management can be effectively implemented in the company,achieve its effective results,effectively promote the achievement of the strategic planning objectives of the enterprise,and through the analysis and summary of the results of performance,effectively improve the staff's working skills and enthusiasm.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the performance management of Dafang Company,this paper designs the corresponding optimization scheme of performance management.Finally,on the basis of the design of the optimization scheme of performance management of Dafang Company,it puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme of performance management of Dafang Company.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: Dafang company has some problems in performance management,such as unscientific performance planning,unreasonable performance appraisal,weak application of performance results,and lack of performance feedback and interviews.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper designs the performance plan optimization scheme,performance appraisal optimization scheme,performance result optimization scheme,performance feedback optimization scheme and performance management circular optimization scheme for large companies,and raises the following aspects: winning the support of senior leaders,strengthening the application of performance results,weakening the humanization of performance management,and carrying out staff training.The specific measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme are put forward.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: Based on the existing foundation and self-condition,aiming at the practical problems in the process of employee performance management,this paper puts forward a diversified composite performance model,and puts forward feasible safeguard measures for its implementation,which is of great practical significance to the development of the lifting machinery industry,and also to the performance of other companies in the lifting machinery industry.Management has some reference and reference.
