With the development of China's market economy and the increase of urban and rural residents' disposable income year by year,all kinds of enterprises have achieved considerable development,and the building decoration industry has also risen rapidly.Throughout the development of decoration companies in third and fourth tier cities,on the one hand,more and more decoration companies enter the market,and the competition in the decoration industry is very fierce.On the other hand,a series of problems existing in employee performance management in enterprise human resource management will further restrict the development of the company.In the face of the characteristics of decoration companies and the increasing diversification of consumer demands,the performance management of decoration companies in third and fourth tier cities was studied.Zhaotong City ZC Decoration Company is a growing stage of the decoration company,small scale.In the process of management,managers have encountered many problems related to performance management.In view of these problems,this paper starts from the company's performance management,takes ZC Decoration Company as the research object,and analyzes the existing problems through literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey.First of all,we start from the main body of ZC decoration company,the main person in charge of the company and grass-roots managers,front-line staff were investigated,obtained a lot of first-hand information about the overall situation of ZC decoration company at the present stage.Secondly,starting from the situation of employee performance management,the basic situation of employee performance management at the present stage is understood.Combined with the actual situation,theoretical research and practical research are carried out,and the outstanding problems existing in the process of performance management are understood through the questionnaire survey.Finally,according to the existing problems of employee performance management at the present stage,combined with theoretical knowledge,this paper puts forward relevant strategies to optimize company performance management.
