| This paper is the design and realization of telemetry system missile recorder. Based onsystem specifications and system testing requirements and combined with practical projectexperience, the reasonable design scheme is put forward. Especially, according to therequirement that the outermost layer of the shell can anti high impact of100,000g, athree-step progressive layers of simulation programs is designed, which includes simulationof cushioning material selection, different thickness of the shell simulation and system dropsimulation. Then with the accomplishment of the design of the system hardware, software,and shell, the on board data recorder is successfully developed.Based on the FPGA, the system builds a hardware platform, which receives the digitalsignals through LVDS bus.And processed by the cache, the signals are stored in the FLASHmemory store with large capacity in the form of TTL level. Taking advantages of the highflexibility of VHDL language, the design can control the system’s working mode, andaccomplishes the interface design and sequential logic design. By use of FIFO which is aninternal part of FPGA for data cache, it simplifies circuit design and implements a datacache and speed matching. Using large-capacity flash memory, the system can store a largeamount of data, and it won’t lose data when power is cut.By use of ANSYS/LS-DYNA12.0, this paper highlights the5groups of simulation ofselecting cushioning material,18groups of simulation of shell thickness design, and9groups of simulation experiment. Moreover, a suitable buffer material is chosen and thengets reasonable shell structure. Then it comes to the conclusion that while dropping at thesame speed, the larger area contacted the ground, the greater the impact acceleration isreceived; In addition, the chip’s mechanical shock is tested by taking advantage ofHopkinson, and the conclusion is that the more the chip impacts, the poor the resistanceability is. The resistance ability is about50,000g, which has some significance on the design of shell’s impact.Finally, the design of the recorder is completed, and the correctness of the systemdesign and high reliability of system shell anti-overload is verified by actual test.
