In this paper,based on ship-borne intelligent gun-launched ammunition as,the dynamic testing technology of anti-high overload missile-borne recorder suitable for ship-borne intelligent ammunition is studied.Based on the research and analysis of the current situation and development of electronic data recorder at home and abroad,this paper carries out the work from the overall scheme,hardware composition,key technology,software design and other aspects of the large capacity missile recorder system.Based on the design index of the recorder,the hardware,software design and the upper and lower communication interface are completed.According to the results of the data collected,the accuracy of system meets the requirements.Firstly,the overall design index and principle of the system are analyzed,and the key problems in the design process such as system precision,false start and anti-interference are explained.Then,in the hardware circuit part,mainly studied the power supply circuit,analog data acquisition circuit,storage circuit,communication serial circuit and isolation circuit,including the signal from being collected,through impedance processing,optimization,and then through the analog digital signal converter into digital storage chip into the whole process.The software part of the research content includes the lower computer and the upper computer two parts,the lower computer design mainly includes the I/O port configuration and SPI communication program writing;The design of upper computer is mainly based on LabWindows CVI platform to build human-computer interaction interface,realize data collection,data upload and data export and other functions,and provide data basis for subsequent analysis.After the software and hardware design of the system is completed,the protective structure and potting materials of the missile-borne recorder are studied.The double-layer metal protective structure is adopted,and the epoxy resin with new thermoplastic material is used as the buffer structure of potting glue.Finally,the forward and reverse overload test of the recorder is carried out,the performance of the equipment after the experiment is tested,and the error analysis of the actual value collected by Origin software is carried out.The results show that the collected data basically meet the requirements of accuracy and anti-overload index.
