Research On The Design Of Urban Commercial District From The Historical Perspective

The purpose of this study was under the background of the historical perspective of the city's commercial district,and from the perspective of urban historical development,which combined with the actual investigation,research,analysis and the interpretation of relevant domestic cases,and finally summarized the development of value on restoration of urban historical block construction under the historical perspective.Meanwhile,the study confirmed the important role of restoring urban historical memory to the development of urban historical context.Starting from the perspective of urban history,which is looking for the lost historical memory of the city as a design element,it proposes a feasible proposal for the renovation of the old building environment of the commercial district.Taking Jinan as an example,a systematic and effective way to preserve the city's modes and methods from the historical perspective is summarized,which provides a reference for the study of other urban historical blocks.The historical memory of the city is exactly the memory of the older generation of people in this city.It is a lost memory for the younger generation.Nowadays,the younger people's perception of the city is high-rise building,which is a kind of global development result that it is a valuable argument worth thinking about.The historical understanding of the city should be a sort of “Collective Memory” that everyone affirms it.After developing to a particular stage,city original appearance is gradually fades from citizens' memory and loses many exclusive elements.This kind of memory is the characteristic element that represents the unique spatialcharacteristics of the city and records the development of the city.It is an important resource for awakening people's memory and reconstructing the development process of the city to continue the historical development of the city.Since the opening of the commercial city,Jinan has become a significant city in modern Chinese history.With the flourish development of industry and commerce in the past one hundred years has changed the development track of Jinan City.In the commercial district.District,the historical buildings of various countries together constitute a unique urban style,enriching the modern architectural culture of Jinan.Its rich exoticism is as good as the Eight Great Passes of Qingdao,nevertheless the Jinan commercial district.District has not been able to continue.For now,when we look closely at this area,we will find that it still retains a lot of historical shadows.These resources remain in the commercial district,the various buildings built during the period from the late Qing Dynasty to the founding of New China,and the preservation of relatively complete latitude and longitude.The road layout,these resources are important elements to restore the “urban historical memory” of the commercial district.District,and it will be eventually become the biggest feature of the commercial district.
