Research On The Historical And Cultural Value Carrier Of Dashilar Urban From The Perspective Of Historical District Renewal

In recent years,the rapid development of urbanization in China,the decline of traditional districts,the aging of residential buildings,the serious aging of districts,and the lack of vitality are the main problems existing in historical districts.In the course of district protection and renewal,a large number of historical district were demolished and rebuilt,and traditional cultural sites were destroyed.With the deepening of the concept of district protection,the system of historical district protection is becoming more and more perfect.However,the understanding and cognition of the value in the district is limited.When making the protection planning of the block,the exposition of the value only exists on the surface.In the specific implementation of the operation will ignore the existence of value.The historical and cultural value is carried by the historical district itself,while the protection of the district is the cognition of the value of the district itself,and the protection of the district should adopt the dynamic protection method.Instead of protecting a certain historical period,the historical block is the stratification of culture and nature in different periods.Only by correctly recognizing and understanding the historical and cultural value of the district,can the historical district be protected.The core content of this paper is the related research of the heritage built in the historical district as the carrier of historical and cultural value,and taking the historical district of Dasang as an example,the literature review is adopted.Three methods of comparative study and field investigation are used to study and excavate the historical and cultural value of Dasang area,and to find the corresponding value carrier for its value,to construct the system of value carrier in the historical block,and to provide the basis for the later protection of the district.From the perspectives of history,historical geography,urban history and urban development,this paper combines theoretical research with empirical analysis,literature research and field investigation.In this paper,the value of the historic block of Dasang is deeply excavated,the material carrier carrying the value of the block is found and identified,and the protection system of the block is constructed on the basis of its non-destructive value.The main research contents are as follows:(1)summarize the study of historical and cultural values at home and abroad,and understand the evolutionary trend of value cognition,that is,from the initial artistic and aesthetic values,gradually into the scientific,social and historical values,Finally,it develops into a multi-complex perspective of value cognition;the development process of domestic cultural heritage is sorted out to understand the development process of the protection of historical blocks and the expansion of the protection object types in the process of protection.(2)making use of the literature and field investigation data to study the evolution of Dashang block.The spatial pattern of Dachan block is characterized by the combination of inclined street pattern and three horizontal and nine vertical pattern.There are many valuable buildings in the block,such as the traditional courtyard buildings in Beijing,such as Li Yuan Guild,Liang Shizheng's former residence and so on.There are also modern architecture with Chinese and western architectural ideas,such as Shaanxi Xiang teahouse,Cha er Hu Tong No.10,and modern architecture of pure western style,such as exhortation,salt industry bank and so on.There is also a more unique street space,because the street is formed by the free development,its streets and alleys are diverse,the shape of the space it forms presents different shapes.There are also more immaterial cultural relics,such as traditional technology(rabbit,sugar,etc.),traditional festival celebrations,excellent folk culture and so on.Through field investigation,this paper makes a deep understanding of the existing situation of streets,alleys and buildings in the historic block of Dasang,and collects basic data for the later research.(3)analyzing the value meaning and cognition of the heritage of the historic block of Dasang by AHP,and excavating the value of the block from the historical value,the cultural value,the artistic value,the scientific value,the social value,the historical value,the cultural value,the artistic value,the scientific value and the social value.In the aspects of use value and economic value,the value of the historical district is understood and recognized,and the historical and cultural value of the historical district is fully understood.(4)exploring the value carrier of the historical district of Dasang through the new conservation theory of block-historic town landscape,from the natural geographical environment,to build the layer foundation of the heritage in different periods,Community life and the spirit of the place three aspects to discuss the value of the study of the block.On the basis of this,the paper discusses the heritage built in Dachan block as a carrier of value.The completed heritage is described from three aspects:the characteristics of block pattern,street and lane and public space,courtyard and architectural features.The value of the block is inherited and displayed by these substances.(5)the protection and utilization of historic blocks is one of the most important contents in the planning of district protection.It is most important to make rational use of the historical and cultural resources in the shops of the blocks and to adapt them to the living environment in the development of the city.The protection of the historic district of Dasang is based on the value of the protection,the field in-depth investigation,record the existing conditions of the streets and buildings,identify its valuable components,without destroying its value on the basis,According to the damage degree of the damaged part,the corresponding protection and repair scheme is established,and the corresponding functional choice is given to the damaged part,so that it can be fully activated and utilized.
