A Research On Comprehensive Improvement Of Pingdingshan City Street Based On Action Plan

China is in the stage of economic rapidly growth,a series of urban problems about the rapid development of urbanization brought were gradually highlighted,urban construction has entered a stage of shifting from incremental to stock-based.As a very important part of the urban space environment,urban streets undertake different functions.However,the current comprehensive street remediation faces some practical problems.For example,there is a lack of unified planning for street construction,and coordination is poor;remediation planning is based on purpose-oriented,blindly following the top-down planning;lack of sequence in planning;the feasibility of planning is relatively weak,etc.that making planning difficult to achieve the purpose of guiding the rational development and construction of street renovation.The paper analyzes and summarizes the successful application of the concept of action plans at home and abroad,and draws conclusions that the introduction of action planning concept is one of the effective methods to improve the comprehensive improvement of streets.Based on the existing research and practice,this paper systematically studies the connotation,characteristics and main contents of the action plan,and proposes an innovative mode of introducing action planning in the comprehensive improvement of the street.Combined with the action plan to guide the comprehensive improvement of the street,the advantages of project management and the issues that should be paid attention to in the street renovation,this paper constructs a comprehensive street improvement system under the concept of action planning,including the overall judgment of the current conditions of the project、the overall positioning of the target street、the formulation of planning strategies、the identification of specific action plans、the planning and construction projects are classified according to time and the implementation plan guarantee strategy is proposed.The concept of the action plan runs through the entire street comprehensive remediation process.Taking the comprehensive renovation of Pingdingshan City as an example,the paper introduces in detail the application method of street comprehensive rectification theory under the concept of action plan.It is mainly explained from three parts:The first part is the background research.The first chapter analyzes the current problems of urban planning and prospects for future urban development.It elaborates the research background、research purposes、research methods and significance,and clarifies the framework of the paper.The second part is the theoretical basic research.The second chapter clarifies the concept and main content of the action plan,explores its relationship with related plans,and explores the related application of the action plan concept at home and abroad.In the third chapter,the problems existing in the current street rectification are put forward,and the necessity of introducing the concept of action plan into the comprehensive rectification of the street is expounded.The third part is applied research,including the fourth and fifth chapters: combined with the comprehensive improvement planning of eight roads in Pingdingshan City,the system comprehensively carried out the discussion of the comprehensive rectification of the street under the concept of action plan and the exploration of the specific operational level,and proposed an action plan to implement a safeguard mechanism.
