Assembly has always been an important part of the manufacturing process,occupying a large part of the time and cost of the entire manufacturing process.The intelligent assembly research of the guided aerial bomb has an important position for the whole design and production process.This paper takes the control cabin of the guided aerial bomb as an example,the intelligent assembly process route planning,virtual assembly simulation and organize assembly process resources are studied to improve the assembly efficiency.In view of this situation,this paper used Java programming technology and database management technology to complete the development of intelligent assembly process route planning system.At the same time,the virtual assembly simulation was completed by using the three-dimensional assembly process planning system.The main research works of this paper are as follows:(1)Intelligent assembly process route planning system based on expert system.The paper collates the structural framework of the system and studies the development process.It provides the theoretical support for the construction of the system by completing the knowledge base and the construction of the inference engine to form the theoretical knowledge of the system,and then sorting out the reasoning process of the system,and briefly describing the maintenance of the system.(2)Development of intelligent assembly process route planning system.Firstly,the paper introduces the basic content of system development;secondly,it introduces the details of the system,including the system interface display,the core code of each part of the system,the main functions of the system,etc.Finally,the assembly file is generated through the assembly sequence generated by the system,which is convenient for information management and guidance of simulation process and actual workshop production.(3)Virtual assembly simulation of the navigation aerial bomb control cabin.I analyzed the structure of the control cabin firstly,the assembly process information modeling and expression is sorted;secondly,the assembly process of the assembly is planned by the 3D assembly process planning system;then interferential inspection and dynamic virtual simulation are carried out on the assembly to verify the correctness of the assembly sequence;Finally,output the necessary file information.(4)System integration and assembly process resource management.Firstly it integrates the two necessary systems in the research of intelligent assembly technology and simplifies the operation.Secondly,it integrates all kinds of text information,data parameters and files video required by the enterprise and gathers them into a library,which is convenient for users to view and call in the simulation process or process card compilation.The intelligent assembly technology research with the navigation aerial bomb control cabin as an example has already realized the development of the intelligent assembly process route planning system,the virtual assembly simulation technology and summarize relevant knowledge and integrated them together.It is convenient for enterprise to use.The current research results have basically met the requirements of the enterprise.In the initial use,the efficiency of the assembly steps of the enterprise has been effectively improved,and the rework rate during the assembly process of the product has been reduced.The integrated system is stable and efficient in the process of using,and it is great help to the enterprise.
