Assembly has always been the dominant position in the manufacturing industry,and assembly quality determines the speed of production.With the development of science and technology,products are constantly improving towards the direction of high precision,and assembly work has an increasing impact on production efficiency.Accurate assembly can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce the production cost of products.In this article,the optimization method of assembly sequence and assembly simulation are studied by taking the guidance bomb control stern cabin as an example.Firstly,the actual assembly environment was investigated,relevant assembly knowledge was summarized,and assembly knowledge was sorted out and analyzed.According to knowledge attributes,seven assembly resource knowledge bases,such as material base,equipment base and technical document base,were established to store various assembly knowledge.The assembly resource knowledge base management system is developed to realize the management of assembly knowledge and ensure the update of assembly information.Then,the integrated assembly knowledge is used to define the attributes of the parts,the evaluation function and constraint matrix of the genetic algorithm are established,and the assembly sequence optimization is completed through the crossover and mutation operation of the genetic algorithm after coding the parts.After modifying the genetic parameters for many times and comparing the calculated results,the range of genetic parameters for the control stern cabin of the guided bomb is further accurate.Finally,the assembly sequence is simulated,the 3d model of the parts is built in the computer,and the interference of the assembly sequence is tested through dynamic simulation to determine whether the assembly sequence is reasonable.According to the simulation,the method of assembling parts by special combination is put forward to improve the reliability of assembly sequence.According to the research of assembly sequence optimization and assembly simulation,this paper develops the assembly sequence optimization and simulation system,which realizes the assembly sequence optimization of the guidance bomb control tail bay,can obtain the optimal assembly sequence and output the process file,which can be used as a reference for the actual assembly work and effectively improve the assembly efficiency.
