Assembly sequence planning and virtual assembly were always hot and difficult points in the manufacturing industry,and they were important links in the manufacturing process.Therefore,the research on virtual assembly technology of guided bomb played an important role in product design and production.The paper analyzed and studied the planning and simulation process of intelligent assembly taking the control cabin of guided bomb as an example,which developed its assembly planning simulation system with visual studio 2015 to shorten the assembly time.The main research work was as follows:(1)Establishment of assembly model for the control cabin of guided bomb.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics for the control cabin of guided bomb,the hybrid assembly model was established by combining the graph structure model and the hierarchical structure model,which provided comprehensive and rich data information for assembly sequence planning.(2)Research on Algorithm of assembly sequence planning for the control cabin of guided bomb.In this paper,genetic algorithm was used to plan the assembly sequence of the control cabin of guided bomb.The gene coding was carried out according to its hierarchical model,and the fitness function was established according to the two constraints of assembly rule and direction,the genetic operator was designed to complete the design process of genetic algorithm.(3)Development of assembly planning simulation system for the control cabin of guided bomb.The assembly sequence planning system was developed by using the development software of visual studio 2015 and my SQL database by analyzing the assembly sequence planning process for the control cabin of guided bomb.Then,the virtual environment was built by using the 3D assembly simulation system.The assembly path planning of each component was carried out according to the generated assembly sequence,and the interference inspection of the assembly process was carriedout.Finally,based on the platform of 3D assembly simulation system,the assembly planning simulation system of guided bomb control cabin was established by using Visual C++.(4)Assembly process verification for the control cabin of guided bomb.The assembly planning simulation system for the control cabin of guided bomb was used to plan the assembly sequence of each part and analyze the optimization results simply;then the assembly path planning was carried out according to the generated assembly sequence by using the 3D assembly simulation system to verify its rationality and feasibility.The simulation system of control cabin assembly planning for guided bomb developed in this paper was proved to be effective in the practical application of enterprise assembly.
