In this paper,the sorting process of architectural aluminum alloy formwork is taken as the research object.The development of current formwork technology is analyzed.Aluminum alloy formwork technology is facing opportunities and challenges in the current architectural environment.In the era of rapid development of construction technology,architectural aluminum alloy formwork has won the favor of builders by virtue of its light weight and the ability to be used repeatedly.But nowadays,the management and renovation of architectural aluminum alloy formwork are relatively backward.This leads to low turnover efficiency of architectural aluminum alloy formwork and hinders the development of architectural aluminum alloy formwork.This paper starts with the process of architectural aluminum alloy formwork turnover process,analyzes the defects of the architectural aluminum alloy formwork in the distribution process,and studies the sorting technology of the architectural aluminum alloy formwork in the factory delivery stage.It fills the gap of sorting technology of aluminum alloy formwork in the building,improves the sorting efficiency and sorting accuracy of the aluminum alloy formwork of the building,directly improves the turnover efficiency of the aluminum formwork of the building,and promotes the application of the aluminum alloy formwork in the construction project.Firstly,in the process of sorting and sorting of the architectural aluminum alloy formwork,this paper analyzes the demand of the aluminum alloy formwork sorting system for the previous method of sorting the aluminum alloy formwork of the building completely by manual operation.In this paper,the two-dimensional code label is used as the identity of the aluminum alloy formwork,and the flow and management of the information of the aluminum alloy formwork in the sorting process are analyzed.Combining with the development of modern logistics management mode,this paper designs and develops a sorting line for architectural aluminum alloy formwork.With the help of the advantages of Octopus sorting technology and the characteristics of architectural aluminum alloy formwork,this sorting line will replace the manual sorting method.Then,on the basis of the octopus sorting line structure,this paper analyzes the key technologies of it.In this paper,the simulation model of Octopus sorting line is established by using Flexsim simulation technology and is configured the working parameters of the sorting line suitable for the real situation.The bottleneck of architectural aluminum alloy formwork sorting line was found by running simulation model data.Through the analysis of data theory,this paper gets a solution to the bottleneck of sorting line,which improves the sorting efficiency of sorting line.In this paper,the image of the aluminum template label is imaged by the image processing method.And the two-dimensional code image is corrected by affine transformation.It increases the recognition rate of two-dimensional codes.According to the principle of zxing recognition library,the recognition of two-dimensional code label is completed.And by analyzing the business process of the architectural aluminum alloy formwork sorting line,this paper developed the control system of the sorting line.In this paper,Kingview configuration system is used as the upper computer for statistical analysis and real-time display of data,and MCGS touch screen is used for information interaction.The sorting system of architectural aluminum alloy formwork combines two sets of configuration systems and completes the sorting process with each other.Experiments show that the designed aluminum alloy formwork sorting system has good stability and practicability.It can effectively solve the problems of low efficiency and high classification error rate in manual sorting process.
