The total mileage of high-speed railway operation in China has exceeded 30,000 kilometers by the end of 2018.In order to ensure the high-speed,high-efficiency,safe and stable operation of the train,avoid or reduce the impact of natural disasters and foreign body invasion events on the train operation,in the period of high-speed railway construction,highspeed railway natural disaster and foreign object intrusion monitoring system has been built at the same time.And the central system of the railway bureau of the disaster monitoring system is constructed in order to facilitate the effective and reasonable management of the resources and lines of the whole disaster monitoring system.With the stable operation of the system,it provides security for the high-speed and stable operation of high-speed railway,but at the same time,it also exposes many problems.How to ensure the transmission quality of business data,optimize the process of alarm disposal,intelligent monitoring and operation and maintenance of the system,and reduce the impact on operation have become the urgent problems to be solved.Based on the investigation of the railway center system of the disaster monitoring system,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the central system of the railway bureau of the disaster monitoring system,puts forward the optimization or solution to the main problems and carries on the related test verification.The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)Investigation and analysis on the application situation of the central system of highspeed railway disaster monitoring system in China.This thesis investigates the problems existing in the application of the disaster monitoring system in the central system of railway bureau,makes statistics and analysis of the faults,and summarizes the causes.Through investigating the occurrence of disaster alarm in the whole road disaster monitoring system and statistical analysis,and combing the disposal process when disaster alarm occurs it is concluded that in the season of frequent disasters,although the current disposal process can well complete its own work,it still brings great pressure to dispatchers and drivers.(2)The interface technology of disaster monitoring system of high-speed railway the central system of railway bureau is is optimized.Based on the field investigation and fault analysis of the disaster monitoring system railway bureau center system,it is found that the poor data transmission quality of communication interface leads to a large proportion of false alarms.Through the discussion and design of communication interface architecture,network architecture and data communication mode of the disaster monitoring system railway bureau center system,the technical scheme of communication interface between disaster monitoring system,Railway Bureau central system and other information systems has been put forward.(3)The automatic disposal technology of disaster alarm is put forward.Field investigation found that at present,strong wind,rainfall,snow depth disaster alarm disposal all need to be manually handled by dispatchers,and the disposal process is cumbersome,time-effectiveness is not high,resulting in a large workload of dispatchers.In view of the existing problems,this thesis puts forward the realization of disaster alarm boarding technology based on different communication techniques,and discusses its usability,stability and difficulty.The intelligent disposal technology of natural disaster alarm is also put forward,and the prototype system is designed,and the related indoor tests are carried out.(4)Put forward the intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring technology of the railway bureau center system of disaster monitoring system.Aim at the problems existing in the operation and maintenance of the Central system of the Railway Bureau of the disaster Monitoring system,such as: Operation and maintenance personnel can not fully grasp the operation of the whole system,fault processing is not timely,the mean of fault handling is single,and so on.Therefore,the intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring platform of the disaster monitoring system Railway Bureau central system is proposed,and the overall framework,software architecture and fault analysis algorithm of the platform are discussed and studied.
