Automatic rail weighbridges is an important measuring equipment in the process of railway freight transportation organization.Due to the influence of natural factors such as environment and climate,automatic rail weighbridges is prone to malfunction.The equipment is all over the country and the verification period is long,which affects the reliability and accuracy of automatic rail weighbridges.The development of information system suitable for monitoring and management of automatic rail weighbridges can solve the problems in operation and management of automatic rail weighbridges and improve the efficiency of equipment.Based on the research background of the actual needs of users,manufacturers and verification agencies for the verification,monitoring and management of automatic rail weighbridges,this paper designs and develops a integrated technical service network platform for automatic rail weighbridges to solve the problems faced in the application and management of automatic rail weighbridges.Firstly,this paper analyses the present situation of automatic rail weighbridges in monitoring and management at home and abroad,then introduces the related tools and technologies involved in the system development,and carries on the demand analysis of the comprehensive technical service network platform of automatic rail weighbridges.Based on the actual needs of the system,SSM is selected as the framework of system software development.The overall structure and database of the system are analyzed and designed,and the users with different permissions are divided.Finally,the realization of each functional module is completed,and the main functional modules are tested and verified.The main functions of the system include: rail-weighbridges monitoring,certificate management,user communication and system maintenance.This paper emphatically expounds the design of the monitoring module,and makes a detailed analysis and design of the abnormal judgment of the empty scale value and the waveform inverse calculation of the monitoring function of the vehicle data.The integrated technical service network platform of automatic rail weighbridges designed and developed in this paper can meet the actual needs of users and provide information technology support for the monitoring and management of automatic rail weighbridges.
