Study On The Application Of Construction Cost Control In Road Project

With the continuous advancement of China's urbanization construction,the urban-rural integration construction has developed into an economic development mission to completely change the way of life of the Chinese people.As the most important part of China's urbanization,road infrastructure construction can effectively control the cost,which means that the road construction has moved towards a virtuous circle track that gives consideration to social and economic benefits.The object of this paper is to study the cost control of municipal road engineering.The purpose is to explore the method of controlling the cost of road construction through the whole process control method and the earned value analysis method.Road project construction,especially municipal road construction,under the influence of internal factors such as project management,construction technology,use of personnel and machinery,as well as external factors such as complex road conditions,large flow of people and vehicles,tight construction schedule,the actual cost is difficult to be consistent with the budget cost,resulting in overexpenditure of the project resulting in losses.In order to take the budget cost as a reference during the construction process,timely find the deviation between the project cost,schedule,target cost and schedule,and take countermeasures,a whole-process dynamic cost control method is needed to solve the existing problems.Through the implementation of specific measures,improve the actual construction conditions,make the predicted cost and the actual cost match,even produce the actual cost savings under the premise of quality control objectives.First of all,this study elaborates on the concept of cost control,and points out many problems existing in the current cost control,as well as the causes of the problems.Secondly,through the research and implementation of the actual project road construction cost control,based on the earned value method control analysis theory to form a cost control system.Finally,it points out the results of this study and the existing shortcomings.The results of this study can effectively control the cost of road construction project in the whole process before,during and after,so as to achieve the goal of cost saving andoptimized management and process,and bring theoretical reference to many road construction cost control.
