Research On Cooperative Logistics Management On Wind Power Supply Chain Node Enterprises

With the increasingly fierce competition in the global wind power market,the focus of competition in the domestic wind power industry has shifted from the competition between enterprises to the competition between supply chains.At present,China’s wind power sector wind power equipment independent innovation ability insufficiency,the wind power production cost is high,and the wind power supply chain logistics management system in the raw material suppliers,parts suppliers,manufacturers,logistics providers,wind farm investors with wind power operators and recycling enterprise did not establish strategic cooperative partnership between the node enterprises,they only focus on its internal resources and competitive.Wind power supply chain logistics management emphasizes logistics cooperation and collaboration between node enterprises,that is,through the development of logistics cooperation between enterprises to achieve win-win goals.Therefore,how to carry out logistics collaborative management of wind power supply chain node enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved in wind power supply chain logistics management.This paper studies the logistics collaborative management of wind power supply chain node enterprises.On the basis of relevant theories of supply chain,logistics and synergetics,this paper first introduces the characteristics of wind turbine structure,main components of wind turbine and wind power equipment logistics,establishes the wind power supply chain and its logistics structure,and analyzes the characteristics of wind power supply chain and its logistics node enterprises.Second wind power supply chain node enterprise logistics is established overall architecture of cooperative management,describes the wind the body of the node enterprises of supply chain logistics coordination,analyzes the reason of wind power supply chain node enterprise logistics coordination,using the principle of coordination theory of order parameter,servo,self-organization theory,wind power supply chain node enterprise logistics synergy model was established in this model through the analysis of the variables of wind power supply chain node enterprise logistics synergy obtained exogenous variables and endogenous variables,the establishment of a wind power supply chain node enterprise logistics synergy order parameter equation,this paper discusses the evolution process of wind power supply chain node enterprise logistics The degree of coordination of logistics coordination of wind power supply chain node enterprises is calculated.Finally,the evaluation index system of logistics cooperation degree of wind power supply chain node enterprises is constructed,and the specific meaning of each index is explained.The evaluationindex of logistics cooperation degree of wind power supply chain node enterprises is carried out by using gray evaluation method.
