The frictional issue of Sino-US trade makes the economic and environmental prospects foggy;the strict control of macro-policy makes the cost of manufacturing in China continue to rise,and the role of China's world factory is gradually losing its attraction to investors;the rise of manufacturing bases in Southeast Asia makes the manufacturing industry in China face enormous pressure.In the environment of economic inflation,the rise of raw materials and labor costs is inevitable.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of enterprise procurement management,effective planning of enterprise procurement behavior,improving the level of enterprise procurement management,ultimately through the improvement of procurement management to save enterprise costs and improve profits.In the process of purchasing management improvement,while achieving cost control objectives,we also need to take quality as the premise,delivery date as the basis,do inventory management well,and go forward in a multi-pronged way.Only in the most appropriate time,the most reasonable price,the most appropriate quantity and the best quality to provide resources and services for the production and operation of enterprises,can we truly realize the purpose and significance of procurement management improvement.As a small and medium-sized manufacturing company,the procurement mode of S-Safety Equipment Company is a typical small-batch and multi-variety procurement.This paper takes the procurement management of S-Safety Equipment Company as a case study,based on the relevant theoretical knowledge at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of its procurement management,finds the problems in procurement management,and makes an analysis and summary of them.Sum up,and then put forward the appropriate improvement plan,through optimizing the material procurement management process,improving supplier management procedures,the comprehensive application of procurement strategy,procurement personnel training and other methods to improve the existing procurement management of S safety equipment Chinese company,and put forward a series of short-term and long-term measures to ensure the effective implementation of the improvement,so as to enable enterprises through procurement.The improvement of management can achieve the goal of cost reduction and ultimately improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Finally,it is hoped that the improved procurement management scheme proposed in this paper can provide reference for similar manufacturing enterprises in procurement theory and procurement practice,and help the development of China's manufacturing industry.
