Design And Research Of Small Charging Pile Based On Mobile Platform

The application of new energy has covered every aspect of life,The design and research of AC charging device for new energy electric vehicle are presented in this paper.According to the commonly used charging mode of electric vehicle,combined with embedded system and mobile remote control platform,a small charging pile system based on mobile platform operation is designed.In this paper,the overall design scheme of embedded intelligent control system is introduced,which is based on embedded control system,and is connected with smart meter and remote mobile terminal.The STM32F103ZET6 type ARM master chip is selected,and the DDZY22 type single-phase AC intelligent meter is used as the energy metering module,and the SIM900 A GPRS wireless communication module is used as the remote mobile terminal communication mode.Design the charging pile hardware control circuit,mainly include: control unit circuit,RS-485 communication circuit,CAN communication circuit,temperature and humidity detection circuit,protection circuit,etc..According to the interface requirements of AC charging pile,design control guiding circuit according to the regulations of the charging mode 3 and the charging interface method of connection mode C in the national standard GB/T 20234.1-2015.A background management system of AC charging pile by using Lab VIEW software,including the management of charging pile and the user registration information,the Android platform design and development of mobile phone APP in Android Studio environment based on remote mobile terminal charging control function.Finally,the charging pile,the lower computer,the background management system and the mobile terminal APP are tested.Hardware testing includes: LCD display function,control function,key indicator and AC contactor control work;the backstage management system test include: login authentication,charging pile charging display settings,etc.,Mobile terminal mobile APP testing includes: user login,scan code charging,charging mode selection,charging display and charging control function.After the test and verification,all the functions of the charging pile have reached the design requirements.The design of small charging pile system based on mobile platform operation is perfect,easy to operate and easy to manage.The charging power can meet the needs of ordinary users.In the background of new energy electric vehicles being popularized,the charging pile industry will usher in a big opportunity.The AC charging pile designed in this paper has a certain role in promoting the charging pile industry.
