| With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,people put forward higher requirements for the safety and reliability of power supply and consumption.The effective construction of power distribution network communication network is conducive to the construction of distribution automation.timely and effective transmission and processing of power system data and customer power consumption data,and is of great significance to the safe and stable development of the entire power network and the normal use of electricity by the majority of users.There are many risk factors affecting the normal operation of the distribution network in Kunming,which directly threaten the safe and stable operation of the distribution automation network,and even affect the important users of electricity,such as residents,urban construction,business office and so on.Based on the theoretical knowledge system of project risk management,this paper introduces the operation status of communication network in Kunming distribution network as a whole,and uses brainstorming method and risk list method to identify the risk factors existing in the later maintenance work of the communication network with full participation,omni-directional,multi-methods and dynamic identification,and obtains the risk list.Then,on the basis of the results of risk identification,we use subjective scoring method and probability-impact matrix method to make qualitative and quantitative analysis of the probability and possible impact of each risk factor identified,and determine the risk ranking,and then determine the risk status and risk level of the later network maintenance work.Finally,on the basis of the above research results,according to the operation status and actual resource allocation of the distribution network communication network,appropriate risk aversion,risk transfer and risk mitigation measures are taken to identify the risk factors according to the principle of high-risk priority treatment.The principle is:the risk factors that can be avoided should be given priority to risk aversion measures,so that the risk factors can be eliminated as far as possible in the embryonic stage,and the equipment risk factors in the risk list should be combined with the status quo of network architecture to make specific countermeasures;the risk factors that can not be avoided should be transferred to third parties by taking risk transfer measures,so as to reduce the risk after the occurrence of risks.The degree of negative impact on communication network and maintenance work;take risk mitigation measures for risk factors that can not be avoided or transferred.On the one hand,take measures to reduce the probability of risk,on the other hand,take appropriate measures to mitigate the impact of risk factors that have already occurredThrough the above research and analysis,we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the risk factors existing in the communication network of Kunming distribution network and the overall operation status of the network,and can respond more quickly,more accurately and more timely,so as to ensure the normal operation of the communication network of the power system and the normal use of electricity by the majority of users. |
