Study On Neighborhood Intercourse Space In Modern Courtyard Residential Area

In the present,with the rapid development of the real estate industry,a wide variety of modern courtyard residential areas have been built soon,With the people’s increasing demands for housing,the unconcerned relationship between neighbors is hard to accept For design,it’s important to research neighborhood intercourse space in modern courtyard residential area.The article bases on environmental psychology and environmental behavior theories,and it combines with the method of analysis and comparison.the target is to find a new method of the optimize design for Neighborhood intercourse space in modern courtyard residential area.The article has three parts including theoretical analysis part,case analysis and contrast part,conclusion part.The theory analysis part includes chapter 1 and 2.It firstly defines the concept’s connotation of"Traditional courtyard homes,residential area,modern courtyard area,French garden style,French style courtyard homes,neighborhood communication,neighbors’ space.and then summarizing from" People’s demand for residential environment,people’s psychological characteristics,the classification of communicative behavior,the characteristics of the communicative action,the influencing factors of communicative behavior and the spatial characteristics of the communication" for a new method of the optimize design.The case analysis and contrast part contains chapter 3,4 and 5 which is the core of the whole article.Firstly,It has analyzed traditional courtyard homes in Dongsi as a case of "neighborhood intercourse space "in traditional courtyard residential area to find out "residential area of the plane layout,spatial level,space scale,space form,planting status,the location of neighborhood intercourse space and necessary facilities,neighborhood identity" which are good for design.and then analyzing French style courtyard homes in "Green Town·He Fei Rose Garden" and "Green Town Wu Xi Camphor Garden" as two cases of neighborhood intercourse space in modern courtyard residential area from these seven aspects.Finally,it compares the traditional case with the modern case from these seven aspects.The conclusion part includes chapter 6.Through comparing the above chapters,it finds out that the design of modern courtyard residential area is good for neighborhood communication;summarizing from "residential area of the plane layout,spatial level,space scale,space form,planting status,the location of Neighborhood intercourse space and necessary facilities,neighborhood identity" for the design of modern courtyard residential area;...
