Study On Facade Standardization And Diversification Design Of Light Steel Rural House

Prefabricated construction development in our country is in a critical period of exploration,promotion and application of prefabricated construction also gradually expand by the city to the country,the development of light steel house with its green environmental protection,and good seismic performance advantages to become the first choice for the construction of new housing types in sichuan area,in today’s efforts to build a "beautiful country" in-depth,Under the background of protecting rural style and retaining homesickness,how to use standardized technology to realize the varied rural residential facade has become the starting point of this paper.The first chapter puts forward the contradiction of diversified design of farm house and makes clear the research direction.According to the standard,the connotation of light steel structure is clarified: that is,under the requirements of lightweight,it includes a variety of structural forms including pure frame structure,which provides a theoretical basis for the diversified design of light steel farm houses.In the second chapter,based on the analysis of the development status and modularization theory of the light steel farm house,the means to realize the diversification of the light steel farm house facade under the unified style is put forward,that is,the division and combination of facade modules based on the similarity composition of the farm house facade.At the same time,three operation levels of modularization are defined: block,plate and rod,and the diversified design of facade is determined to take plate as the object under the basic inter-scale.The third chapter defines the attributes,division background and division interface of the opposite module,mainly including the following three parts: 1.The hierarchical and serialized characteristics of the facade module;2,"system separation" system as the partition background;3.The facade modules are divided in the interface of "basic room".Secondly,the principle of division is proposed,that is,the division of the opposite modules is formed by combining the analysis of modular grid and composition.Finally,the function,composition and attributes of the three types of facade modules are discussed hierarchically.The fourth chapter collects spatial combination and facade form elements as the reference for subsequent elevation module division and combination through the investigation of rural houses in eastern Sichuan.By summarizing the research results of rural houses in the east of Sichuan,5 kinds of composition forms of hall and 5 kinds of composition forms of bedroom of rural houses in the east of Sichuan are obtained.And4 groups of material combination logic.In the fifth chapter,three types of facade modules are divided under the background of light steel structure of pure frame system and the facade module library is obtained respectively.In the sixth chapter,the combination of facade modules is carried out.Through the analysis of the content of the style guidelines,the limitations of the current guidelines and the current situation of the construction of rural houses are elaborated,and the combination principle is put forward.Finally,the diversified combination strategy of the elevation module is discussed hierarchically,and the elevation combination library of the basic plane is the most suitable.Chapter seven summarizes the research results and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.
