Research On The Planning And Design Of Siduhe Rural Complex Based On New Pastoralism

Since the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that the strategy of rural rejuvenation should be implemented in 2017,the new relationship between urban and rural areas has aroused attention in society.Rural complex is a new model of rural development explored by Zhang Cheng,the founder of Garden East,when he was exploring the path of rural development.And it has been highly affirmed by the central authorities.The No.1 Central Document of 2017 points out that the rural complex is the highlight of the rural industry development in China,and the Construction of Rural Complexes is supported by state in Conditional Rural Areas,which triggered the construction upsurge of rural complexes in China.With the the development of research and practice,it is particularly important to explore and summarize the key points and strategies of the planning and design of rural complexes.First of all,this paper discusses the background of the construction of rural complexes,clarifies the purpose,significance and main content of this study,defines the relevant concepts of the rural complex,teases out and summarizes the relative theories and research progress at home and abroad,in order to make a deep analysis and interpretation to the development status of the rural complex.Secondly,this paper selected five representative and successful cases at home and abroad,including two rural complexes which have been built and operated well in China and three different types of foreign farm villages with distinctive features.According to these cases,we can summarize the different construction modes and experience of the rural complex,and providing some reference and ideas for this study.Then,this paper summarizes five types of rural complexes and their respective characteristics based on the previous study of theories and cases,and proposes six major principles of the rural complex construction.We find the market demand towards rural tourism by the questionnaire,and then develop a set of methods of land use,functional layout,road planning,industrial planning and landscape design of the rural complex.Finally,this paper combines the planning methods and design strategies with the actual situation of Siduhe Village in the outskirts of Beijing,put forward the methods and ideas of Siduhe Rural Complex,providingsome reference for the development and construction of Siduhe Village.Supported by relative theories,this paper studies the planning methods and design strategies of rural complex in the outskirts of cities,in order to provide some enlightenment for the construction of rural complexes and promote the revitalization and development of rural areas in China.
