| Expansion bolt is one of the most important fastener products.It is used more and more in petroleum,chemical industry,machinery and other industrial fields.It is in great demand all over the country.However,at present,the production mode of expansion bolt has not realized automation,mainly manual assembly.Although the assembly process of expansion bolts is not so complicated,the automation degree is poor and the efficiency is low.Because of the harsh production environment,considering the allocation of human and material resources,it is inevitable to improve production efficiency and automation.In view of the current situation,the development of automatic assembly production equipment for expansion bolts has a strong demand for application.In view of the current situation,this paper introduces a new type of expansion bolt automatic equipment,the specific design tasks are as follows.Firstly,the trend of advanced technology of automatic assembly technology in innovation at home and abroad and the current situation of the whole non-standard automation field are studied,and the urgent need for the expansion bolt to be changed in the production mode is studied.According to the technical requirements of the assembly machine,the overall design of the expansion bolt assembly machine is carried out,and the overall mechanism of the assembly machine is arranged in detail.Secondly,through the design method of modern dividing module,the automatic assembly line of expansion bolt is divided into two key parts: the automatic feeding system of target parts and the automatic assembly system of target parts.The two parts are designed in detail.After considering the external working environment and internal working conditions of the assembly machine,the mechanism of the assembly machine is optimized and the stable machine is obtained.Machinery.Thirdly,the mechanical mechanism of the assembly machine is determined.According to the actual functional requirements,the standard parts and auxiliary parts in the system are selected and designed.A complete virtual model of the automatic assembly line is built with Solidworks three-dimensional design.The working performance and the practicability of the process of the designed assembly machine are analyzed reliably.Forthly,according to the complete virtual model,the pneumatic system andcontrol system of the automatic assembly line of expansion bolts are designed.The power source,actuator and transmission devices in pneumatic system and control system are selected and designed.The schematic diagram of pneumatic system and the circuit diagram of PLC control system are given.Fifthly,the first generation prototype of the automatic assembly system is established according to the assembly model of the automatic assembly machine for expansion bolts.Through field debugging and production test data analysis,the optimal production speed was obtained. |
