K company is the world's largest and leading bus company in the domestic industry.Its development speed has been affected by the slowdown of domestic and international economic growth in recent years.Since 2014,K company's sales growth has slowed down significantly.In 2017,for the first time,negative sales growth has occurred.From 2016 to 2018,mainly relying on the stimulation of the national new energy subsidy policy for passenger cars,sales have basically maintained a steady increase.However,with the reduction or even gradual elimination of the policy subsidy,sales will face obvious downward pressure after 2020.On the other hand,with the escalation of international trade protectionism,bus exports and services are also facing increasing pressure.In order to maintain the profitability level and achieve sustainable and healthy development,the company should strive to open source,at the same time,continue to optimize and improve internal management.As a subsystem of enterprise operation system,enterprise plan management is to plan,organize,control and coordinate all aspects of enterprise operation.Its function is similar to that of the brain and nervous system of enterprise operation.It integrates enterprise sales and operation plan,main production plan,material plan and production execution plan.A well-functioning planning and management system directly determines the type,quantity,quality,service level and operating cost of the product or service output.Vertically,it plays a connecting role between strategic planning and tactical decision-making,transforming enterprise strategy into specific production and operation activities;horizontally,it establishes and dynamically links the demand chain and supply chain,promotes the dynamic evaluation and balance of demand and supply,thus realizes the coordination among various departments and enterprises within the enterprise,and promotes the cooperation within the enterprise supply chain and on the supply chain.Enterprises carry out deeper cooperation.Through discussing the outstanding problems in the company's operation management,this paper reviews and combs the development process of K company's plan management system,and introduces the most advanced enterprise resource planning management theory(including S&OP management theory,main production plan,material plan and production execution plan).In this paper,the overall function,effect,mechanism and business process of enterprise resource planning system management theory are studied in detail.At the same time,combining with the current situation of K company's operation and management,this paper evaluates the application status of K company's plans at all levels in detail,and puts forward the improvement strategy for K company's current plan management system by comparing with management theory and best practice.Including: 1.Implementing the plan coordination strategy of cross-production supply and research departments(upgrading the sales operation plan process),2.Improving the accuracy of the master plan,3.Coordination strategy among different levels of the plan,4.Material Planning Accuracy Improvement Strategy.Through the systematic research on the theory of plan management in this paper,and combing the current situation of plan management in K company,clarifying the problems in management and improving direction,improving strategies,so as to further standardize and improve the plan management in K company,give full play to the management role of all levels of plan in K company,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
