The Study On The Content System Of Land Use Planning Of Zhangbi Castle Base On Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy requires the full implementation of the concepts of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life,and points out the key points and directions for the reform and development of rural areas in the new era.Rural revitalization,planning first.The village land use planning serves as a carrier for rural activities to revitalize various activities,broadens the path of rural revitalization,and promotes the construction of beautiful countryside.It is of great significance to study the content system of village land use planning from the perspective of rural revitalization.Zhangbi Castle in Jiexiu City,Shanxi Province,as a demonstration site for beautiful rural construction,has unique economic and social forms and resources,but has problems such as single industrial form,prominent contradiction between people and land,imperfect infrastructure and deteriorating ecological environment.Development opportunities and integration of new development concepts,innovative development ideas,scientific preparation of village land use planning,and gradually solve the "three rural" problems,promote beautiful rural construction,and achieve rural revitalization.In order to solve the industrial development,ecology and land use problems of Zhangbi Castle,the village land use planning was used as a platform to promote the revitalization of Zhangbi Castle.Based on the interaction between rural revitalization and village land use planning,this paper explores the content system of village land use planning based on rural revitalization from the perspective of rural revitalization.The research contents are as follows:(1)The theory of human-land relationship is the guiding theory.The interaction between rural revitalization and village land use planning,and the requirements for rural land use planning for rural revitalization.(2)Using SWOT analysis method to clarify the revitalization model of Zhangbi Castle,and construct the content system of Zhangbi Castle Land Use Planning under the guidance of the principle of planning content system construction.(3)Studying the economic and ecological benefits of land use,quantitatively evaluating the scientific and rationality of the land use planning content system of the village,and pre-assessing the ecological benefits of the Zhangbi Castle planning results.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Rural Revitalization The basic requirement for the village land use planning content is to efficiently and optimally allocate land resources.Under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy,the focus of village land use planning should focus on how to revitalize the industry and protect the ecology,improve the infrastructure and public services,and coordinate between the three,so as to achieve "village style civilization" and "effective governance" and “Life is prosperous”,and finally the rural revitalization.(2)For the villages such as Zhangbi Castle,which are rich in tourism resources and relying on the development of the primary and tertiary industries,promote the integration and development of the primary and tertiary industries through the development of tourism and tourism.Driven by rural revitalization,the construction of the village land use planning content system,which is related to the division of land for three uses,land use and land use,and micro-design of land use,which are interconnected,mutually constrained,and controlled step by step,is more suitable for the needs of the new situation.(3)The spatial pattern of land use based on ecological sustainability will be conducive to the realization of sustainable development,providing a theoretical reference for the preparation of land use planning and the formulation of land use policies.
