Based on the idea of "Internet + training",a training system combining simulation software with training equipment has been developed.The system is an innovative training device based on Internet of Things and electrical control technology,with Bluetooth,WIFI,One NET cloud platform and Ethernet as communication carriers.It can realize short-range and long-range linkage between electrical simulation software and training equipment,and clearance of electrical fault settings.This paper starts from three parts: the training equipment body,the control part of the lower computer and the simulation software of the upper computer.The main body of the training equipment adopts a modular structure which combines wiring and mesh plate.In this study,two schemes are designed: the first one is based on ergonomics,using Ethernet or RS485 communication mode,realizing the short-range,long-distance linkage and control between PC-side MCGS simulation software and lower-level PLC,man-machine interface.The second scheme is based on network remote collaboration,using Bluetooth,cloud platform/WIFI communication mode,realizes the close-range,remote linkage and control between the simulation software developed by App Inventor and Arduino MCU system.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 focuses on the background,current situation,significance,content and structure of the paper.Chapter 2 introduces some key technologies used in this research,such as cloud platform/WIFI,MCGS configuration software and App Inventor software.Chapter 3 discusses the design and implementation of scheme one from three aspects: training equipment body,upper computer and lower computer.Chapter 4 discusses the design and implementation of scheme 2 from three aspects: training equipment body,upper computer and lower computer.Chapter 5 compares the test,analysis process and actual use effect of scheme 1 and scheme 2,and concludes that scheme 2 is more widely and effectively used.Chapter 6 summarizes the main research contents,research results,comparison,demonstration,design and implementation of the two schemes.The shortcomings of the research results are analyzed,and the future of the electrical control training platform is prospected.The practical teaching tests of these two schemes show that the technical framework has good feasibility,convenience and applicability.Compared with the existing traditional electrical control training equipment,the training system based on this concept is better adapted to modern vocational education,attached to teaching practice,has good teaching effect,has been praised by teachers and students,and has broad application prospects.
