Research On Supplier Selection Of Automobile Manufacturers Under The Background Of Intelligent Manufacturing

Driven by the new round of industrial revolution,the automobile industry is developing toward the direction of intelligence,informatization and low carbon.Intelligent manufacturing can effectively drive automobile manufacturing enterprises to improve production organization mode,shorten the distance between consumers and manufacturing enterprises,and realize large-scale personalized customization.Among them,the management of suppliers is a very important link in the automobile industry chain,and the level of management affects the core competitiveness of the whole automobile industry chain.Therefore,in the context of intelligent manufacturing,the research on automobile manufacturers should focus on the supplier selection of automobile manufacturers.Therefore,this paper,on the basis of reference to a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature,combined with the existing reality,focuses on the evaluation index system and evaluation method of supplier selection of automobile manufacturing enterprises under the background of intelligent manufacturing.The specific performance is:Firstly,combining the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing and automobile manufacturing enterprises,the index system for supplier selection and evaluation of automobile manufacturing enterprises is constructed,which is mainly evaluated from four aspects: product competitiveness,overall business strength,personalized service ability and intelligent service level.Secondly,the AHP-TOPSIS method is used to make the optimal selection of evaluation objects,so as to more intuitively see the comprehensive ability of suppliers through the optimization sequencing.Thirdly,taking the selection of parts suppliers of domestic W new energy automobile enterprises as an example,the empirical analysis can not only verify thefeasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and ahp-topsis evaluation method proposed in this paper,but also provide experience reference for the selection of parts suppliers of W new energy automobile enterprises.Intelligent manufacturing is a necessary way to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s automobile manufacturing enterprises.By studying the supplier selection of automobile manufacturing enterprises under the background of intelligent manufacturing,this paper can promote automobile manufacturing enterprises to better realize supplier management,so as to provide reference for the development of automobile manufacturing enterprises.
