Research On Application Of Vendor Management System In Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises Based On CXF In EDI

EDI was developed in the United States as an electronic data interchange system for inter-enterprise ordering business activities.EDI has expanded to other businesses,Through EDI technology,we can combine the production management,material demand,sales management,warehouse management and commercial POS system of different manufacturers,suppliers,wholesalers and retailers in the field of automobile manufacturing industry.shippers,commercial shippers,suppliers and other relevant factory units can through EDI system to Data logistics exchange.For example,data exchange such as the forecast of plans in automobile manufacturing enterprises,the generation of freight bills,and the tracking of late orders.This system mainly aims at the data exchange between the factory and the supplier platform,and designs and implements a solution based on WebService technology to solve the part demand process between the supplier and the factory.This scheme mainly analyzes the characteristics and implementation technology of WebService,the existing system implementation architecture and prediction plan,the generation of ASN freight bill,and the later order tracking function requirements,etc.Finally,the Apache CXF framework is used to realize the function module of the whole waybill.First,the establishment of a unified data interface system and the corresponding standards and security system.In terms of technology,we use SpringBoot framework to develop the whole system based on B/S structure and follow RESTful development specifications.Using WEB and EDI technology to solve the data exchange and sharing between information systems;Secondly,this system has realized the automobile manufacturing enterprise related EDI transmission set,through the JAVA application development,realize the order processing and display,business processes such as forecast plan to upload,fixed plans to upload,back supplier delivery,jiangling receiving,JMC payment returned,production scheduling,monitoring supplier in road inventory and in warehouse storage,vehicle/engine information online,parts packaging information and other services.It realizes seamless integration with carrier system and MES system through WebService interface technology.Finally,In the research and development process of EDI system,the business scenarios of slow transmission of large data volume are studied and improved.The main research results of this project have been successfully applied in the supplier management system of automobile manufacturing enterprises,and the expected results have been basically achieved.
