As China's green building policies introduced gradually, the continuous improvement of the standard system, the further study of the green building construction management, and the growing national financial support to the green building field,China's green building in the next few years will continue to maintain a positive development momentum.Campus Green building requirements fully considering the comprehensive factors such as environmental protection, energy saving, economy, ecology, and comfort in the process of architectural design, construction and operation stages,to balance the building and ecosystem for sustainable development.Campus building as part of the public infrastructure, with characteristics of diversity of facilities, densely populated and great energy and resources consumption, which is to be for our study and improve this state.By analyzing green building related literature from domestic and international, paper combed the research status and results in the field of green building, green building risk and risk assessment, explored the concept of green building, and used project life-cycle cost theory to divide green building into multiple phases, such as decision-making,design,construction,operation and maintenance, demolition recycling.Identified 31 cost risk factors in life-cycle of campus green buildings in various phases, built three properties of life-cycle cost risk lists for green building projects and analysis the meaning, impact of each risk factors.Using SPSS software and the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method based on the entropy weight method, the data and samples are processed, and conclude quantitative objective evaluation. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the total life-cycle cost in each phase, and summarizes the strategies of these cost risks in combination with the actual operation of Y university.
