Since the reform and opening to the outside world,the construction industry has played an important role in the high-speed economic development of our country.Although the engineering volume in the construction field is huge every year,however,the whole construction management level is not high,especially the application of information technology has just started.The engineering change is of great significance to the whole construction project management,and the lag of the solution to the information management problem of the project change in our country is becoming more and more prominent.It is precisely because of the lag of engineering change processing that the project management is seriously out of line with the development needs of the market economy,the information level of project management is low,the budget and settlement are seriously over-spent,and the information fault appears in each stage of the construction project.The management data information is difficult to be updated and shared immediately.The main problems focus on the accuracy,timeliness and efficiency of the construction project.Therefore,it is necessary to take reasonable and efficient information management measures to improve the efficiency of engineering change management,especially the transfer and sharing level of information data related to engineering change among all project participants.Increase the efficiency among the participants in the construction project to ensure the high efficiency and security of the information sharing of the project change.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)based on the relatively backward project management situation in China,In view of the main problems existing in the informatization construction such as incomplete information sharing among the participating units in the modern project management of our country,the visualization,coordination and simulation of BIM technology are put forward.Collision detection can improve the information management level of engineering change and the dynamic collection and sharing of information data.(2)summarize the necessity of introducing BIM technology to project change information management,and focus on how to use BIM technology combined with database application to relate to project change information management.So as to create engineering change information sharing platform(BIM-5D)based on BIM technology.(3)finally,the feasibility of engineering change information sharing platform based on BIM technology in dynamic management of engineering change information is proved by an example of a university liberal arts building.The concrete application of BIM technology and the engineering changemanagement of the actual engineering project have realized the pre-control of the engineering change through the collaborative design and collision checking among the specialties.The BIM technology combined with the application of the database is used to collect and store the corresponding project change information data to realize the cooperative sharing among the project participants.BIM technology is used to improve the level of engineering change information management,which is conducive to the realization of the main objectives of the project.
