With the development of China's economy,more and more southern regions are gradually implementing winter heating policies.There is no doubt that it will increase the waste of energy and resources,if the southern regions adopt the method of central heating,because the architectural characteristics and climate characteristics in southern regions differ with in the north.Carbon fiber heating scroll-painting is a kind of heating product that directly converts electric energy directly into heat energy,which has the advantages of convenient installation,simple structure,controllable and adjustable,and it is gradually being used to assist winter heating.The conventional carbon fiber heating scroll-paintings are used in manual production and processing,which have the disadvantages of poor uniformity product quality,low production efficiency,and so on.Therefore,there is an urgent need to design an automatic production line for carbon fiber heating scroll-painting to improve product quality and production efficiency.The carbon fiber heating scroll-painting is a product in which multiple flexible heterogeneous materials such as non-woven fabric,aluminum foil,carbon fiber heating membrane,and top painting are sequentially attached.In order to achieve the automatic production of carbon fiber heating scroll-painting,the dissertation analyzes its production process and control requirements,the modular production line is designed,which incudes the transportation work station for non-woven fabric,the processing work station for aluminum foil and carbon fiber heating membrane,the transportation work station for top painting,the transportation work station for final produc after clipping,and so on.Aiming at the problem of non-woven fabric offset,maintaining the desired glue speed and the shortest transition time,the deviation-correcting control system and the automatic glue spread control system are established,and hardware selection and system construction were completed.Aiming at the deviation-correcting control system,the factors affecting offset of the non-woven fabric are analyzed and the automatic deviation-correcting mechanism of the non-woven fabric is designed.For the nonlinear control of the deviation-correcting control system,it is controlled by Fuzzy-PID.For the automatic glue spread system,the reciprocating path generation algorithm is used to determine the ideal gluing unit and the coordinates of each connection point required for the scroll-painting.In order to ensure the desired running speed during the glue spread and the minimum time during the glue path transition,linear segments with parabolic blends and minimum time based methods provide a means of path planning algorithm.In order to achieve human-computer interaction and monitoring production line operation,the host computer software is designed by the Delta touch screen.At the same time,the host computer software can also modify the system parameters according to the actual production situation.In order to achieve production line logic control,data acquisition and control algorithms,the lower computer software is designed based on PLC by the CANopen builder 6.0.Through the carbon fiber heating scroll-painting automatic production line designed in this paper,the whole processing process from raw materials to final products are completed.The results show that the defects caused by manual production is solved,the automatic production of carbon fiber heating scrollpainting is achived,and the product quality and production efficiency is impoved.
