Small-size cargo express in road long-distance passenger station uses the existing passenger resources to deliver small items to the customer through the shuttle baggage compartment.As a piggyback transport,small-size cargo express has many advantages such as low operating cost,high timeliness of transportation and has gradually become an important source of profit growth for passenger transport enterprises.However,there are still many problems in the pricing of small-size cargo express,such as a single mode,chaotic standards and low decision-making efficiency.In order to promote the healthy development of small-size cargo express market and improve the profitability of passenger transport enterprises,the paper has conducted in-depth research on the pricing decision-making system for small-size cargo express.Based on the analysis of the current situation of small-size cargo express pricing,combined with its particularity,the paper makes a differential pricing for small-size cargo express transportation lines,establishes two pricing models from the perspectives of enterprise cost and market competition,and finally develops a pricing decision information system.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of small-size cargo express.By analyzing its transportation capacity and business process,it sorts out the particularity of small-size cargo express pricing.Combined with the pricing policy and the existing freight rate standards,the problems of small-size cargo express and the analysis of the applicability of the classic pricing method for small-size cargo express are explained.Secondly,the paper designs a small-size cargo express transportation lines segmentation algorithm.For different transportation lines,small-size cargo express should be set at different prices.The paper uses the entropy method to solve the weight of the line division index and then clusters the evaluation results.Take Zhaogongkou Passenger Transport Station(hereinafter referred to as Z Station)as an example,the paper divides its lines into two categories:unpopular line and popular line.Cost-oriented pricing is used for the direction of the unpopular line while competition-oriented pricing for the popular line.Thirdly,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the two pricing methods.From the perspective of cost,the accounting basis for the small-size cargo express cost is confirmed by analyzing the variable cost item and adopting a reasonable depreciation method for fixed assets.Then combined with the traffic forecast,the average cost pricing method is used to price the unpopular line and case analysis is carried out accordingly.From the perspective of market competition,considering the price relationship of each transportation mode,the Bi-level planning model is established and then heuristic algorithm based on sensitivity analysis is used to solve the model.Using MATLAB to obtain the optimal solution of small-size cargo express under different initial values of freight rates,the example is validated by the popular line of Z station.Through the differential pricing of the two types of lines,the operational efficiency and market competitiveness of small-size cargo express are guaranteed.On the basis of the above theoretical research,the paper designs and develops a pricing decision-making system for small-size cargo express in road long-distance passenger station,which lays a technical foundation for improving the efficiency of pricing decision.This paper contains 28 figures,31 tables and 76 references.
