Design And Implementation Of Railway External Environmental Safety Management System Based On SSM Framework

By the end of 2018,China’s railway has reached 131000 kilometers,including highspeed railway of 29000 thousand kilometers.With the increasing of the scale of the railway network,the external environment along the railway has become one of the serious risk sources affecting the safety of railway traffic obviously.The China Railway has formulated a three-level(China Railway,China Railway Group Co.,Ltd and Basic station department)management mode to hierarchical management of railway external environmental hazards.This management mode requires frequent exchange of information on external environmental hazards at all levels of the railway.At present,there is no system related to the management of external environmental problems.A large number external environmental hazards rely on manual management.It is unable to meet the timely,accurate and efficient information transmission between various railway departments.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a railway external environmental management system to further promote the remediation of railway external environmental problems and ensure the safety of railway transportation.This paper systematically analyzes the status quo of railway external environmental safety management,introduces the classification of hidden dangers,the three-level remediation management mode of external environmental hazards and the construction of long-term mechanism of external environmental safety management.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the external environmental safety management business of the railway,the overall construction objectives of the system are described,and the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.The Java Web open source framework and the SSM(Spring + SpringMVC + MyBatis)framework are used to implement the railway external environmental safety management system.The system includes five functional modules:closed-loop management,remediation tracking management,statistical and query,typical case,and system management.The closed-loop management module is the core business module of the system,which realizes the management of hidden dangers of the external environment by classification;the remediation tracking module performs the focus control and rectification of hidden dangers,and improves the efficiency of problem remediation;the statistical and query module realizes multi-dimensional utilization of hidden danger information,which is convenient for Local government units communicate;the typical case module provides a case display platform for shared learning by all levels of units;system management realizes management of users,institutions,lines,logs,etc.,providing guarantee for stable operation of the system.The system has been tested in China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd,China Railway Nanchang Group Co.,Ltd,and China Railway Guangzhou Group Co.,Ltd.The trial results have achieved the expected results,and the system can meet the functional and non-functional requirements by users.Figure 32,table 19,reference 46.
