Urban comprehensive passenger transport hubs are responsible for the transfer of a large number of passengers,and at this stage,under the strategic goal of building a strong transport nation,the number of passengers travelling in China has increased significantly,and the service level of the hubs has also raised higher requirements.The scale of transfer facilities will have a direct impact on the efficiency,convenience and comfort of passengers during transfer,so a scientific and reasonable approach to the scale of transfer facilities in urban comprehensive passenger transport hubs is of great significance to improve the overall service level of transfer facilities and hubs.Firstly,on the basis of the results of relevant research at home and abroad,the connotation,classification,functional characteristics and development trend of urban comprehensive passenger hubs are elaborated,making it clear that this paper is based on railway-dominated hubs,it also provides a specific analysis of the content,design principles and classification of transfer facilities.Secondly,the scale of transfer facilities is modeled for different functional areas mainly used by passengers,and the scale of each type of transfer facility is studied in turn.A model of peak period train arrival passenger flow and the maximum number of people to be gathered is established,and the scale of transfer facilities in the yard and distribution categories is determined accordingly.The scale of connecting transfer facilities is determined according to different service levels and actual transport capacity,and the idea of queuing theory is applied to service transfer facilities to establish the scale of service transfer facilities under different service levels.Then,starting from transfer efficiency,transfer coordination and passenger satisfaction,an evaluation system of the service level of the hub is established to quantify the evaluation indexes in a combination of qualitative and quantitative ways,and to grade the evaluation indexes.The fuzzy hierarchical analysis method is chosen as the service level evaluation method of the hub,and the evaluation steps are introduced.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research on the scale of transfer facilities and hub service level evaluation,a specific study is carried out using the Dalian North Station urban comprehensive passenger transport hub as an example.The scale of the peak state,full state and current state transfer facilities is determined by reviewing data and conducting analysis and calculations through field surveys.The service level is also evaluated and improvement suggestions are made to provide some reference for the research on the scale of transfer facilities and service level evaluation of the hub.
