The Study On Protection And Renovation Of Industrial Heritage In The Coal Resource-Exhausted City

Following the State Council's formulation of the "Several Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Sustainable Development of Resource-Based Cities" on December 24,2007,the National Development and Reform Commission successively identified three batches of 69 resource-exhausted types in 2008,2009,and 2012.The city,Zaozhuang City was included in 2009.Zaozhuang City is known as the “coal city” and is one of the important coal resourcebased cities in China.After years of resource exploitation and primary processing,the city has left a large number of abandoned coal industrial heritage.The coal industry heritage records the development history of the coal industry in Zaozhuang City,and is the material carrier of the spiritual culture of the coal industry,representing the development characteristics of the city at that time.Under the background of the depletion of coal resources in Zaozhuang City and the urgent transformation of the industry,it is necessary to carry out reasonable protection and renewal research,which can promote the economic development of the region and the whole city and inject new vitality into the urban development.Firstly,it studies the relevant theoretical basis of coal mine industrial heritage protection and renewal,and analyzes and compares related cases at home and abroad,and summarizes the existing reference models and shortcomings of coal mine industrial heritage protection and renewal.Then combing the historical context of the development of coal industry in Zaozhuang City and its impact on urban development,investigating the status quo of industrial heritage of Zhongxing Coal Mine,analyzing its current characteristics and analyzing its comprehensive value,understanding the problems facing the current situation and protecting and updating it.The difficulties faced.Finally,the development idea of Zhongxing Coal Mine Industrial Heritage in Zaozhuang City after being listed as a resource-exhausted city in the city is discussed.On this basis,the principles,models and strategies of protection and renewal are studied,not limited to the heritage.The protection at the material level stimulates the cultural and spiritual connotation and vitality of the non-material nature of the heritage,and builds the heritage of the “place spirit”.In this hope,the coal industry heritage can continue to be a new driving force for sustainable development after the coal resources in the city are exhausted.
