The design and construction of the subway is a huge and complicated project with huge investment,long construction period and difficult construction.Every aspect of design,construction and operation is sophisticated.The subway project has many characteristics such as many points,long lines,wide area,large scale,high investment and long construction period.There are more than 20 major related majors,and the coordination between professional departments is huge.In the construction process of a subway line,the design process is a crucial and complicated part,and it is a prerequisite for ensuring the smooth construction and operation in the later stage.Through the research on design management at home and abroad,this paper finds that there are few researches on subway design management from the design point of view.Therefore,this paper combines design management,collaborative design,BIM and other related design theories,from the perspective of subway design management,briefly introduced At present,the mode of subway project management and the subway design management mode.According to the current status of subway design management,the problems in metro design management are analyzed from the aspects of schedule planning,interface management,information management and coordination management,mainly: information sharing lag,low design quality,interface management confusion,design change More,engineering statistics are not accurate and so on.Then,on the problems of design management,combined with the previous management experience to optimize the subway design management interface.At the same time,the PW sharing platform technology is adopted to solve the problem of information sharing lag.And use the characteristics of BIM to improve the design quality,design changes,engineering statistics are not accurate,etc.,from.Then,the interface management optimization measures,PW sharing platform technology,and BIM technology are used for empirical demonstration and performance evaluation on Metro Line 3.This paper introduces the construction ofthe integrated collaborative platform for the subway project and the management system for the implementation of BIM.Identify the parties involved in the relationship and management process.At the same time,combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method through expert investigation,the performance of Metro Line 3 is evaluated from five aspects: schedule,cost,quality,information and owner recognition.Finally,the multi-professional and multi-system subway design management process,the feasibility and collaborative design of interface management measures and the necessity of full implementation of BIM network technology are obtained.
