Research On Collective Residential Buildings Under The Idea Of Symbiosis

The wave of industrialization has made the pace of global urban development faster and faster.Based on this background,residential buildings have undergone a series of evolution.In today’s era.modern collective housing has become the mainstream form of residential buildings,which has brought some convenience to people’s lives.However,with the urgent pursuit of modern collective housing,the original architectural connotation of traditional housing is constantly forgotten.Since 1990s,China’s collective housing has developed rapidly.After a short period of more than ten years,the collective housing has become the mainstream of urban residential buildings in China.It is precisely because of this rapid development speed that the theory and practice can not be directly proportional to the healthy development in the process of development.In addition to the inherent contradictions of modern collective housing buildings,China’s collective housing buildings are facing some problems to be solved.the uniform housing layout forms,the design methods of paying more attention to form than culture,and the boring space experience,etc.In this paper,these problems as a starting point,the introduction of symbiotic ideas,for the diversification of the development of domestic collective housing to provide some reference.Through the analysis of the present situation of our country’s collective housing in the present era,this paper draws out the existing problems;puts forward the symbiosis thought that may solve the problem;and through the systematic analysis of the symbiosis thought as a whole,extracts the three main characteristics of the symbiosis thought;at the same time,deepens the understanding and application of these three main characteristics through case analysis;finally,puts forward the construction of the symbiosis thought in the collective housing.Train of thought.The Eastern philosophical thought based on the theory of symbiosis is similar to the "doctrine of the mean" in China.The theory of symbiosis is in line with the national conditions of our country in guiding the development of collective housing.It can be said that the theory of symbiosis is part of the summary of our traditional culture.The purpose of this paper is to explore the idea of symbiosis in the construction of collective residential buildings,and to provide a reference for the design of collective residential buildings.
