| China’s automobile industry after nearly 30 years development,have made substantial progress,now become an important part of China’s economic engine.Passenger car sales reached 28.0282 million units in the whole year of 2016,it has been the world No.1 for the nine consecutive years.The huge market has created huge auto manufacturing industry,automobile industry related enterprise quantity also has mushroomed rapid development.First,auto industry policy gradually let go due to the WTO requirement,the automobile market competition is increasingly fierce,higher requirements for auto manufacturing output and quality.In the face of market competition is increasingly change,to the automobile manufacturing enterprise market response capacity,production capacity planning ability,manufacturing quality management ability put forward higher challenge.The introduction of multinational company funds,technology,learning multinational company management level become one of the Chinese enterprises to cope with the challenge of market selection.Second,China’s demographic dividend advantage gradually disappear,rapidly rising labor costs rising manufacturing costs,the inevitable trend of enterprise production mode transformation of economic development.Adopt the technology promotion,equipment optimization combination way to improve productivity,improve the flexible production line,the reduction of labor intensity become enterprise focus.Draw lessons from foreign advanced methods of lean production,for the enterprise to reduce costs and improve production capacity,improve efficiency,provides a very good choice.This paper takes transmission joint venture based in Jiangling automobile,a case study of dual-clutch transmission assembly line,in the background of the enterprise environment,production mode,combined with the lean management,flexible manufacturing theory,line balance,man-machine efficacy theory research,through a series of advanced production mode theory,the existing assembly line capacity present situation,application of lean production methods affect the production capacity in the manufacturing process and the reasons for the loss of efficiency of relevant factors analysis,put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.Then,in view of the above solution to form the plan,formulate specific implementation steps,and follow the steps to implement improvement after tracking before and after the verification and comparison,finally summarizes the improvement results.This article focuses on the production line to the beat,layout,standardized operation,bottleneck action analysis,beat optimization process improvements. |
