Research On Optimization And Improvement Of Transportation Capacity In Batuta Station

Batuta station is located in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region of Erdos City,which is under the jurisdiction of Baoshen Railway Corporation.As the middle station of the largest railway loading capacity of the Baoshen Railway station,Batuta station is mainly responsible for the delivery,marshalling,loading and freight inspection of the train in and out of the Shenzhen in charge of the Baoshen eastern line,south and north line.It is responsible for the loading and transporting of coal and coal in the main coal mines and surrounding coal mines,such as the east Ulanmulan mine and Liuta coal mine.With the restoration of the railway and electrification,the area of the regional line has increased greatly,and the capacity of Batuta station is relatively inadequate,and the problem of uncoordinated ability of point and line is becoming more and more prominent.The capacity of stations and sections of the system have become increasingly uncoordinated.In order to enhance the capacity of the Batuta Station,the station’s technical operation capacity is studied systematically in this dissertation based on system analysis and simulation methods.The main contents of the thesis include:(1)Analysis on the characteristics of the station’s technical operation and the usage of technical equipments;(2)Analysis on the main factors influencing the Station’s technical operation capacity;(3)Research on the station’s technical operation capacity;(4)Simulating the main technological process at marshalling station;(5)Strategy and measures to improve the capacity of railway system.Increasing the capacity of the Batuta station,the center of gravity is increasing the capacity of the Batuta station.The main approach is:1)Optimize the transportation organization and management,improving the coordination and matching of the operating system,such as the time of the compression handover,improving the operation speed of the locomotive,arranging reasonably the preparation and operation of retrain,optimizing the operation organization and so on,and increasing the capacity of the station to a certain extent.2)The expansion operation system will increase the quantity of operation equipment and expand system operation capacity.It is take measures to increase specifically that number of train locomotives and to increase the operation capacity of the station system.
